About EHP Wellness Programs
We want to save lives and reduce the incidence of chronic disease that results from poor nutrition, lack of exercise, and smoking. That’s why we’ve designed these programs – to help you make healthier lifestyle choices and improve the quality of your life.
We encourage all members to take advantage of these offerings. Your participation in the EHP Wellness Programs is the key to your success – and will result in a healthier workforce, increased morale, and reduced healthcare costs for everyone.
EHP Wellness programs may be taxable. In conformity with current IRS rules and regulations, the value of your fitness center membership and other wellness programs are generally considered taxable income and reportable on your Form W-2. This applies to contracted vendors and depends on your health status.
