Effective 4/14/26, Ohio Head and Neck Surgeons Inc. in Canton, OH has been added to the Quality Alliance (QA) network and are now in-network for EHP. Ohio Head and Neck Surgeons provide comprehensive Otolaryngology - ear, nose and throat (ENT) services, expanding support to members in our southern region in this specialty. Copayments required for nonemergency outpatient appointments
At Cleveland Clinic, our first responsibility is to care for our patients, their health and the well-being of the communities we serve. To bring our mission to those who are in need, we also care for our organization.
Starting June 1, 2025, copays for nonemergency outpatient services at all Cleveland Clinic U.S. locations will be required by the time of service. This includes scheduled office visits, outpatient diagnostic testing, outpatient procedural visits and in-office procedures. If a patient is unable to make the copay, we will offer to enroll them in a 0% interest payment plan. Then, the patient’s appointment will continue as scheduled. Our process update for collecting insurance copays is not intended to disrupt patient care.
