Subject: How to schedule appointments faster
We know you’re busy. And so is the appointment center! Not to worry — here are timesaving tips to get the most value from your health plan.
Use MyChart to schedule appointments
Do you need a follow-up or office visit with your Cleveland Clinic provider? If so, you can avoid calling to make an appointment. Simply use
MyChart.
Yes, no more sitting on hold. MyChart lets you see the provider’s calendar and match with your own. You can also receive messages about appointments and communicate with your provider.
We highly encourage you to use MyChart for its convenience.
Know when to call
Sometimes you need to call. If so, remember the following:
- Appointment centers are busiest on Mondays and the day after a holiday
- Cleveland Clinic’s appointment center, which is 24 hours, is least busy after 6 p.m. and until 7 a.m.
Follow these tips and you’re on your way to smoother scheduling and more convenient access to care!
